Parshuram Jan Kalyan Manch has established a structured organisational network across Uttar Pradesh, with representation in Assembly constituencies where the Brahmin community has a significant social presence. The organisation operates through a dedicated hierarchy of State, Mandal, District, Assembly, Block and Panchayat Prabharis, along with other office bearers and volunteers.
Today, the Manch is supported by a growing network of over 50,000 members across Uttar Pradesh, who work tirelessly to strengthen community participation, promote social harmony, assist families in need and address local issues through constructive engagement.
Our members are the foundation of the organisation, united by a shared commitment to community service, cultural preservation and the welfare of society.
Sunil Mishra is a political consultant, electoral researcher, author, motivational trainer, and social leader committed to strengthening democratic participation and promoting the educational, economic, and social empowerment of disadvantaged communities. Originally from Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, he holds an MBA and is pursuing advanced research in the field of the Indian electoral system.With more than two decades of experience across the Indian corporate and political consulting sectors, he has developed a deep understanding of organisational management, public behaviour, electoral communication, political strategy, and grassroots mobilisation. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Roadmap to Winn Research, an Indian political research and election strategy firm. Over the past decade, he has worked with several political parties, senior leaders, candidates, and public representatives, supporting them through constituency research, voter-behaviour analysis, campaign planning, political communication, cadre development, and election-winning strategies.
His approach combines data-driven research with an understanding of local social realities.
He believes that an effective political strategy cannot be developed only from offices, television debates, or social media trends. It must be based on direct interaction with voters, booth-level assessment, community sentiments, local leadership patterns, and an honest evaluation of public expectations.
Mr. Vikas Sharma
Vice National President
Mr. Vikas Sharma serves as the Trustee and National Vice President of Parshuram Jan Kalyan Manch. With several years of professional experience in the corporate sector, he brings strong leadership, strategic thinking, organizational expertise, and a practical approach to the growth and functioning of the organization. Throughout his professional journey, Mr. Sharma has developed a deep understanding of management, teamwork, communication, planning, and institution-building. He strongly believes that professional discipline and structured leadership can play a significant role in strengthening social organizations and creating a united, responsible, and goal-oriented community.He firmly believes that the present time is extremely crucial for the Brahmin community. According to him, the community must come together with a common vision, clearly defined objectives, strong leadership, and a practical roadmap for its social, educational, economic, cultural, and political empowerment...
Mr. Sharma emphasizes that unity must be supported by proper organization, active participation, and long-term planning. He encourages members of the community to rise above personal and regional differences and work collectively for dignity, equal opportunity, stronger representation, and the protection of their social and cultural interests. He also believes that without meaningful political participation, adequate representation, and strong political will, no community can secure the respect, influence, and rightful position it deserves. He therefore advocates greater political awareness, youth leadership, community participation, and constructive engagement in public and democratic institutions.
As Trustee and National Vice President, Mr. Vikas Sharma remains committed to advancing the mission of Parshuram Jan Kalyan Manch through social service, community unity, youth empowerment, educational support, cultural preservation, and responsible national-level leadership. His vision is to contribute towards building a strong, organized, self-reliant, and respected Brahmin community that plays an active role in the development of society and the nation.
